Problem with VC item “Advanced Tabs”

First of all I would like to say a big thank you from the heart for this great plugin. If I get my bug fixed, I would be very happy to make a donation to support this plugin.
About my problem:
If I use the item “Advanced Tabs” of WP bakery, nothing happens in the table of contents. I inserted the table of contents via shortcode [toc].I’m currently moving my website to a new theme and I wanted to use your plugin by default.

What can I do to make the items 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 work when I click on them?
