Problem with variations

Hello,
after the last update of woocomerce 2.6.12 my web site have problems with products variations.
For example i have a product in characteristic size: s|m|l and color: Black|white
and i have 4 variations s-black, m-black, l-black, s-white.
Before the update when one customer wanted to select a product, when he choose color:white, the available sizes were only s. (which is the only size i had in white)
After the update, when he choose color white, in sizes he can select both 3 (s/m/l) and if he select m or l there be an error icon on the screen and then a lot of variation disappeared and must restore the webpage. Pls help me because in many products i have more than 25 variations and there is a huge mess.

I didn’t try this, because have already passed 4days from the update of woocomerce and I noticed that I hadn’t any order in my eshop, I tried to make a test order and found all this mess with the variations.
I immediately restore my site and database in a day before the update, in order not to loose any more customers.
For that reason I can’t try to disable all other plugins except woocomerce and thought good idea to tell you my problem, if it is possible to fix.
My theme is storefront if does this help.
