Problem with validation of file extensions.

    I have left these extensions as allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, xls, xlsx.
    In the test ticket created I uploaded a .txt that should not have been processed, so how do I make it accept the allowed file types and not upload file types that are not allowed?

    Hi – are you able to upload other file extensions that are not allowed? For example – are you able to upload, say, a file with the .TIF extension or just some random extension like .123? Just wondering if we’re somehow treating .TXT files specially or if there’s a more fundamental problem with the file extensions.
