    Hi everyone!

I love WP Fastest Cache, but it's causing me a pretty serious problem with my client's website.

The site is super fast, it works perfectly, but I have a problem with the UTM parameters in the URL.

For the customer we manage advertising campaigns for lead generation, using various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, etc).

Each ad contains a query to fill in some hidden fields within the form, so each URL looks like this:

    https://www.domainname.com/page-slug/?parameter1=hello&parameter2=facebook&parameter3=50off

The content of the parameters is entered in specific fields hidden within the form, so that the lead is created in the CRM considering its source of origin.

This data is essential for the CRM to generate detailed reports for each traffic source, for each advertising initiative and much more.

    Let's get to the problem…

If I enable the "cache system: enable" feature, in the WP Fastest Cache settings, the contact form fails to capture the parameter values, as a result leads enter the CRM without those values.

If I disable the option, everything works fine again.

How can I take advantage of the plugin's powerful caching system, without giving up the UTM parameter values of my URLs?

    Thank you, see you soon.
    Enzo

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

If I exclude pages that contain UTMs as indicated in this guide, it would mean that the pages will not be served via cache, and therefore will be loaded directly from the user’s browser, right?

So can you confirm that a page containing UTMs CANNOT enjoy the benefits of the cache system?

    Thank you ??

    Ok, thanks for the confirmation.

Too bad, with the cache enabled, landing pages become really fast.

Can you tell me some other tips to improve the speed of my landing pages with UTM, using WP Fastest Cache?

the pages with UTM are already served via cache but you had a problem so you wanted to exclude it.
