problem with utf8 links

hi , i want to use this plugin , after install and generate xml site map

i see all my utf8 Persian links shows in some various characters !!

like this :

https://demo.com/%d8%a7%d8%b3%d8%aa%d9%88%d8%af%db%8c%d9%88-%d8%b4%d8%a7%d8%af%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%86-%d9%86%d8%b3%d8%ae%d9%87-3/

what can i do ?? is this possible to generate xml with utf8 ( Persian) links and English links together ??
