    Hello!

    I am having some problems…

I want ot buy the plugin but if it does not work I will have to try another solution.

So, you can see in print what happens, the page does not load. I found the “problem”, it is another plugin I activated and it is called “UsersWP”, I know it is not your problem because another plugin is making it…

But, if you have some answer to solve it or any help I will be glad and I will not think twice to buy the plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hi @matheuschignolli,

Have you tried reaching out to the other plugin developer if their plugin is causing you an issue?

    Thanks!

    Hey,

I sent a request to the other plugin, now I am waiting the answer. Just to explain exactly what happens:

First: When I activate “UsersWP” Plugin the another plugin does not work, the page just load and nothing happen, it seens a backend infinite loop, i am not sure…

Second: I deactivated “UsersWP” then the plugin works fine.

The Plugin: It helps me to organize menus and relateds stuffs, it is called “Custom Admin Interface“, i am using free version of it.

    That is it…

To summarize: With UsersWP it does not working, without UsersWP it works.

    Thank you!
