problem with upsell

    Hi there,

    I imported an upsell for supplements to see it in action in global funnels. However, after clicking on give me the offer button, a small screen shows up saying loading… It keeps showing a swirling icon but nothing loads after that. If do not accept the offer, then it works.

    How can I fix that?

    I use woostify theme and my theme and wp funnel plugin are up-to-date.

    Hi @raminjab , to test global funnels, you first need to consider the condition.

    Based on the condition, you need to choose a product from your store’s shop, add it to the cart and click on View cart. On the cart page, click on “Proceed to pay,” and if the condition is met, he/she will enter the funnel. Now, since upsell is after the checkout step, you first need to go through checkout, and then the upsell will work.

    Do try this, and if it doesn’t work, please reach us on our support, as that would be something we need to help you with the Pro plugin.

    I’m having the exact same issue. It was working before but now when someone clicks on “accept offer” on the upsell page, nothing happens. The ‘loading’ popup appears but then after 10 sec that disappears as well and the page does not redirect to the thankyou page or anything. Just stays on the upsell page.

    If I click on “refuse upsell” then it works and the page redirected to the thank you page where the upsell is not included in the totals ofc. Please let me know how to fix this

    Hi @thaivillage , are you trying to test it by directly viewing the page? If so, please read the previous comment. You first have to go through checkout for Upsell to work.

    Our plugin has one-click upsell, which means the payment during Upsell will only be processed with one click if the payment was made during checkout earlier.
