Problem with uploading pictures

Hi,

I have shortly installed my wordpress on a local Xampp server.
When I try to implement/upload pictures in my page it constantly throws the following error:

“Argument #2 is not an array in C:\u00ampp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\themes\destro\inc\customizer.php on line 607”

Can you tell me what this is and how to solve it?
