problem with uploading images and updating

Did you update WP or install plugins/theme lately? Please, next time Include as much information as possible.
Did you try the basic troubleshooting: deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme (Twenty Twelve) ?

I update WP lately.. Let me try troubleshooting now.

Do you have access to your WP install? Check folder permissions. The permissions on wp-content should be set on 755. Did you check with your host ?
