Problem with uploaded large image

    Hello,
    We are experiencing some problem when uploading an attachment with review https://bit.ly/2hKAVZo check the link and try to upload a larger image it will give you 404 error but small size images upload are working fine

    We have upload_max_filesize = 256M
    post_max_size = 256M

    both set in php.ini but still this problem exists how to fix this?
