• When I click the Add Media button from a post it opens white window but do not load the files of the media library. The page remains in loading but nothing happens. Someone else with the same problem? How to solve? Thank you

  • Hello,

    I just try it as you have done, it working well.
    I think your image size may be large, so it is taking more time to load.

    Thanks

    It’s not a matter of image size. The upload is completed but I can not select the file from the library when I click on “add media” because the window is white.

    @danilop83,
    I think there have jquery issue for not selection file. so please check any jquery issue exits or not?

    U have getting any response like

    thanks

    An easy way to check if there are any jQuery errors is to use google chrome and inspect the Add Media button you are clicking. You can do this by right clicking the Add Media Button and then clicking on inspect. A console should open on the right side showing some code and any script errors that may be on the site. When I tested it on mine I found only warnings no errors. Give it a shot and see what you find, if there are still issues you might need to re-install the wordpress core files.

    Hi Danil,

    A couple of questions, have you tried to install another wordpress site or have a development site different to this one? Also have you tried using different browsers and have the same problem? Lastly if you have google chrome can you right click on the area where the images should be and click inspect element. From there I need to check what JS error(if any) that are causing this issue.

    Same thing is happening to me…Try inspecting the request like ravipatel’s image (F12). In my case there are some invalid (invisible at first) characters. Paste the full JSON response in jsonlint.com and you should see something like this

    Try this solution if it’s the same problem as described above.

    Hi zaydB,
    with chrome are not JS errors. The page of inspect element is white. No errors.

    @Capobis I didn’t understand how to use the program BOM Remover…
