Problem with Upload File

Hello, we are a bakery that uses its pro plugin to calculate prices for cakes. I use the upload file option for customers to upload the images with which they want to customize the cakes. When a customer uploads an image it is not associated with the order information. How can I associate it or how can I assign the name of the image to the customer’s order.
