Problem with Ultimate WordPress Preloader

Addition info: Before the reload i see a blank page and later the page of the admin panel appear with a fade effect.

ok, so not a regression (I just released 2.4 a week ago).

to be honest; this does not *sound* like something AO could cause, but if I have time (hard to come by though) I’ll test myself one of these days.

ok, looks like the “ultimate wordpress preload” admin CSS is loaded on each page and is conflicting with AO’s toolbar CSS somehow.

2 possible solutions;
* ask the “preload”-devs to only load their CSS/ JS on their own pages (and while you’re at it tell them those non-dismissable notices are not OK)
* disable the AO toolbar using this code snippet;

add_filter('autoptimize_filter_toolbar_show','__return_false');
