• Everything is translated correctly in the email designer, but when I actually send an email, some words are in English. The words are Product, Quantity, Price, Billing Address and Shipping address. Everything else is fine.

I tried translating these words/phrases using Loco translate, but it did not affect anything.

Everything was translated correctly again after uninstalling this plugin. I really like this plugin though, so I would like to know how to fix this issue.

    Hi @anetak,
Do you mind starting a new thread?
    Thanks!

Hello, really thank you for your great plugin!

We are using loco translate and we can’t find this string to translate it:
“We are checking your account, please wait for the activation confirmation email before trying to login”

Can you help us fix this?

    Thank you

Hey @talope That string is not part of this plugin. You would need to search for it in whatever plugin is adding that. (not woocommerce so likely some other extension but I have no context for where that would even show).

Please in the future create a new topic and post your questions there. Thanks!

    Hi
I have similar problem with polish language. I use loco translate and string like Product quantity and price aren’t translate >>> https://take.ms/M7cim

There is in loco the translation for this but it doesn’t work >>> https://take.ms/xXxPP
My language is Polish. Template Divi.
    Could you help?

    Hey @dariuszdubik
Does it show this way on a real order, when you test or both? Is your admin language set to polish?

If you try resyncing your translation does it change anything?

    Ben

    Resyncing doesn’t change anything.
Admin woo commerce and wordpress is set to polish.
It is show in real order

    Hey @dariuszdubik

It seems for polish the file name needs to be:

    kadence-woocommerce-email-designer-pl_PL.mo

The current one from a user is:

    kadence-woocommerce-email-designer-pl.po

I’ll make sure that upates with the next plugin update, but you as well can create your own.

    Ben

awesome thanks. I changed name of the file and it is working now. Thank you so much !

I have other problem that when I change translation in loco translate it doesn’t effect. I manually change some translation in .po file at is doesn’t effect. Should I change name of .po file?

The po file complies to create the mo file, if you are going to edit the po file you need to change it’s name, and then you need to compile it so it replaced the mo file.

    check out: https://poedit.net/

    Ben

Ok thanks I will check but I wonder why loco translate doesn’t take effect when I do it, resent etc? Do you have any clue to that?

When you create a translation in loco are you making sure the settings are for pl_PL. Where are you storing the translation you are createing?

    Ben
