Problem with translation of Contact form of the Divi theme

Hi,
We write you for some issues which we experience with our last WordPress sites which use Polylang.
The problem is that the field in the contact form of the Divi theme we use are no more translated on all languages for which we use Polylang, but only in English.
This is a problem we haven`t experience before. You can see it here for example:
