Hello Friends, first I must say that I am loving your plugin. The only problem I found was in the “Customer New Account” email where the text “Your password has been automatically generated: {user_pass}” and “You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here:” did not are translated. I’m using Loco Translate and added the Portuguese language. But even after carrying out the translation, the email template continues with the phrases mentioned above in English. Could they help?

    Hi @gabrielmdt ,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the translation issue you’ve encountered and for your kind words about the plugin. We’re glad to hear that you are loving it.

To troubleshoot the issue, please let us know the location where you’ve saved the generated PO and MO files using the Loco Translate plugin. This can be Author, Custom, or System. If you’ve selected the Custom location for saving the generated PO and MO files, kindly replace these files from the custom location (languages/loco/plugins/) with the following path: wp-content/languages/plugins. After making these changes, verify if the translated texts now appear correctly in the emails.

Alternatively, you may choose Author or System while saving the generated PO and MO files and verify if the translations are being reflected.

Let us know if you need further assistance or clarification on this matter. We’re here to help.

Friends, currently the translation is being saved in the custom path languages/loco/plugins/decorator-woocommerce-email-customizer-pt_BR.po

Friends, I relocated the translation to “system” and “author” and the changes still had no effect:(
