    Go to Dashboard and

    Ultimate Member/Settings/Appearance/Registration Form

    you can change it there.

    Im going to mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&tab=appearance&section=login_form
    and how translate this two words I dont understand… I have only one language, but my site have 3 version of lagnuage…
