Problem with translation

    Some words like “ship to” or “phone” are not translated in Italian in the pdf attached.
    Also all the back-end of plug-in is still in english.

    How fix that?

    the language file is correctly translated in italian! But the plug-in always generate a pdf with some english words! Also all the back end is in English.

    It seems that the plug-in does not know what language I’m using.

    Are you using a multiple languages on your website? Use a plugin like WPML or something else?

    I had this problem four months ago. I do not remember how I solved it. Thanks anyway.
