problem with translate my website

a week before , I searched how to translate my website and I saw a lot of plugins that do what I want , so I choose “Loco Translation” plugin and when try it and work on a package of language I’ve translated about 4% of whole my theme

but now I face a problem of how I run that package ( Language ) on my template , or should I translate 100% of the package first

please if anyone know how I do that help.

note : I’m not asking how to do switch between languages on my website , but how to run the package in the plugin on my theme.
