Problem with trackback permalinks

I recently made a trackback to another WordPress blog, but when it appeared on that other WordPress blog’s comment list, the permalink pointing back to my blog was wrong. My structure for my permalinks is like this: https://www.(url).(tld)/weblog/indlaeg/(post-title)

But the permalink pointing back was https://www.(url).(tld)/weblog/indlaeg/(the-ID) which resulted in a 404.

What can I do to fix this?
