Problem with tinyMCE

Hi there, I really need help ASAP…

I’ve been using wordpress for a long time, and now I just installed the new 3.3 version and I don’t know whats happening with the text editor.

The bar dont appear as it should, i got no tabs to change between “html” and “visual”…. I dont know what to do anymore… ??
