    Hello,

I have the problem with ticket quantity.

For example you have 50 tickets. If customer wants to buy 1 ticket, but for some reason will now finished the reservation process and will not clear the woocommerce cart page, the ticket quantity is decreased anyway from 50 to 49 and all other customers (even with other IP address), will see, that ticket real quantity is 49 instead of 50.

So, there is no finished orders, just 1 ticket in cart page, but you get -1 ticket. So, then you, as an administrator must go to the cart page and clear it manually and only after this, everyone will see 50 tickets again.

How is it possible and how to resolve this issue?
    Please, help ASAP.

Even failed orders are counted and you can’t correct tickets amount even after failed order is deleted.

How can I correct event areas/tickets amount?

    Hi Merkucio,

Have you tried going to Opentickets Tab > Settings > Reservations – there you will be able to adjust your timer for the ticket release. You can also go to Opentickets Tab > system status > tools > clear seating and pricing cache, etc. It will be explainer in the video.

I have also created a video that should assist in resolving this issue- https://www.useloom.com/share/12de419e70bb49a181501ec74e5c4b89

As mentioned in the video is the issue is still present please let us know and we will provide further investigation.

    Hello,

I saw your video and have no enough words to say how thankful I am.
But the settings/reservations page I have looks like a little bit different.
    Check this url, please https://ibb.co/jbwDko
So, I’m not sure how to use these settings.
I set Reserved Time to 60 from 3600, but there is no Interested Timer field….

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.
20% of tickets are already sold, so I think, I can’t do it.

    Thank you

I hate to say this, but it seems the problem is in your plugin.

Here I have the fresh installed WordPress version 4.9.5, just one installed theme Twenty Seventeen and only two installed plugins – Woocommerce Version 3.3.5 and OpenTickets Community Edition Version 2.8.7 and I have the same issues

I mean, there is no Interested Timer field on the settings/reservations page and there is no ‘Clear the seating and pricing cache’ and other options on the system status/tools page.

Maybe the problem is the PHP Version 7.2.5 or MySQL Version 5.5.5 ?!
