Problem with Thumbnails on Facebook

Hi there!
Since many months Ill be trying to deal with this issue but I don’t find any solution on internet at all anyways.
I’m working in a site for support djs/producers from montreal and I always like to post all my post on Facebook and here is when the problem comes…. always that I want to share my posts on Facebook the first image that show as a thumbnail is the header of my web site as you can see here on this link https://nightwalkradio.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Mistake-1.jpg
In this image you can see clearly that the header appears as first thumbnail option, which I don’t really like.
and in this second link is how I would like to Facebook take the thumbnail as a first option and not as a second option.
