problem with thrive apprentice

    We have your plugin installed with thrive themes. This has worked for a few years, but now the plugin clashes with thrive apprentice. This is really urgent as we had to put the website of our client in maintenance for the weekend. We would appreciate your help.

    In the meantime, please rollback this plugin to the older version that works with no issue. You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback with ease.

    Hi, I’ve send a request through the support panel but I do not get any reply back. We have installed this plugin on many client websites and we get complaints from all of them. Please is there any news on this issue with thrive apprentice?

    Sorry, it is okay. I was confused by the ticket emailadress as it does not resemble anything I was expecting to see.

    We recently released update that contains the fix for this issue. I also provided an update to your ticket today. Please update this plugin to the latest version, which currently is v2.1.3 and let us know how you go by replying to the ticket.
