    thanks for reaching out.

    It is normal for external ad codes to not be responsive. You can either ask them if they can also provide responsive codes or use our Responsive Ads add-on to only deliver the ads on devices that are large enough.

    Thanks Thomas for your answer. It worked changing the tag, but now i have another challenge. Could you tell me if Responsive Ads add-on, works for external ad codes with Video ads?

    It depends on what you are expecting. The add-on comes with a “browser width” display condition that allows you do deliver an ad only for specific browser sizes. That works with any ads.
