Problem with Theme-Switcher 0.5 in WP-1.5.2

I’ve downloaded and installed Theme-Switcher 0.5 for my Word Press 1.5.2 and I’m getting alot of errors. After activating the plug-in in my admin section I got these errors

I’ve got three more of those errors on the page as well with it showing Line 11, 12, and 13

When I go to my blog and choose another theme from the drop down list ( in my sidebar that I added ) I get this error on a blank new page

I also have the same error on line 45 as well.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated! ??
