Problem with Theme Icons

    Hi!

    Every theme I install results in broken theme icons (as well as problems in importing demo-content). Here is a screenshot of the problem:

    Almost every theme I tested(except twenty fourteen) results in such problems. What might be causing these problems? File permissions?
