Problem with the Zerif Lite graphic theme in mobile mode

  • Strangely, those who access from mobile and try to display the menu by clicking on its icon, the same appears for 1 second and immediately disappears.

    I thought it was a problem related to my device, smartphone, so I carried out tests on other devices, but the problem remains.

    Do you know what this problem is due to? How to solve?

    Can you please check this by updating the Zerif theme to the latest version? I see it is a bit older one.

    Updated theme, problem remains.

    had the same problem, it was fixed when I deactivated an accordion plugin previously installed (themexpert’s xpert accordion, which was outdated). if you have another plugin installed that uses a toggle-able feature to collapse or expand an element (accordions, tabs, etc – in particular, look for the attribute data-toggle=”collapse” in the HTML of your site) that plugin’s code could be interfering with the same classes used by your mobile menu.

    in my case, I switched to the accordion shortcodes plugin and it worked.
