Problem with the woocommerce “terms and conditions” checkbox

Hello,
During checkout, customers have to check the “I accept the terms and conditions” box of woocommerce, however when I activate the Elementor PRO plugin, the text doesn’t display anymore. When I deactivate it it displays fine.

I did the test with the default theme and all plugins disabled except woocommerce and elementor.
