Problem with the WooCommerce Order Barcodes

    When i activate the WooCommerce Order Barcodes then i cant open my images from my wordpress dashboard and say that i have a problem. In my emails say that:

    I understand that images are not opening from the dashboard if WooCommerce Order Barcodes plugin is active.

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support for support in this regard. Please create the ticket using the account that you purchased the WooCommerce Order Barcodes extension from.

    Feel free to include a link to this forum topic on the ticket, so we can use this topic as a reference.

    So I have to do all these steps for a known problem. My site has built from another who i paid and i must do so much effort for something so obvious. And i say so obvious because you know and understand the problem because i gave so much info for this. I dont have the time and the skills to do all these steps.
    I create this account to post this to help all the community. Probably this problem its not only on my site so someone else will do this ticket.
    I hope they solve this problem because its for a paid plugin.

    There are no steps you need to do. You only need to communicate on the correct channel.

    Being a user of our paid extensions, you are eligible for WooCommerce premium support as a WooCommerce.com extensions license holder. To avail that you need to submit a support ticket via WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support , instead of communicating on this public forum which is meant for free users.
