    Hello,
    I have a problem when I add a member manually on my site (only administrators can add members).
    He does receive the mail I set up in Ultimate Member in the welcome email, but I also receive the default wordpress email. This means that I receive 2 emails on the email address of the account that has just been added.

    Also, in the welcome email I added

    href=”{password_reset_link}”>{password_reset_link}
    but no link appears

    Can you help me ?

    Hi @gr9zz

    Could you please tell us what’s the content in the default WP email that you’re receiving?

    This {password_reset_link} short tag only works for Password Reset Email and Account Approved Email templates.

    I would like my welcome email to contain the following link when I add a member manually in wordpress : https://www.saonefit.fr/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nijwVpkpPIm1C5grTPZd&login=test

    How to proceed?

    The following notification is sent when you check the option “Send User Notification” when you create the user in the WP Admin > Users.

    Username : test
    To set up your password, go to the following address:
    https://www.saonefit.fr/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=nijwVpkpPIm1C5grTPZd&login=test
    https://www.saonefit.fr/wp-login.php

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add the password reset link in the Welcome Email template.
