Problem with the visibility of the TOC on the frontend

Hi,

unfortunately, the issue with the TOC plugin is not yet completely solved.

I have first taken a new plugin, namely: 'Joli Table of Contents'. This works very well. The changes are visible backend, but not frontend. I have therefore manually updated all posts on the website 'weltgeschehen.info' and cleared the cache. Because clearing the cache at WP Rocket as well as at redis did not bring any success.

I would like to add that the state of the website indicates:

A scheduled event is late:

The scheduled event, rocket_rucss_pending_jobs, is running late. Your site is still working, but this may indicate that the scheduling of posts or automated updates is not working as intended.

Now on katholischglauben.info I have also installed this TOC-plugin. The plugin is also here working fine. But it is the same problem:

A scheduled event is delayed... (as above).

Only manual update of each page gives the TOC correctly.

PS: This support request I had written to the hoster. I received the following answer:

We have checked everything and there are no issues on our side can you contact plugin support and let us know if there is any specific hosting issue that we can have a look at?

Please can you give me an answer that I can forward to the hoster's support?
