Problem with the url structure

Hi,
According to your documentation amp pages should have ?amp at the end of url.But in google search console the url structure of few amp pages are having /amp at the end and few are having ?amp.But, the url’s with ?amp and /amp both are working.I am totally getting confused with this.Could you please explain why the url structure is having /amp instead of ?amp.Thanks in advance
