problem with the uploaded new pics

    First, sorry for my bad english !

    Since a week, when I download new pics in the galeries, there is a bug, I can’t see the new pics but an icon with a black cross and when I click on the permalink of this new pic a new windows is open with “Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/wppa-source/album-1462/2017-0122.JPG on this server.”

    Can you help me ?

    This is most likely caused by some ‘security’ plugin that denies the access of files that it thinks the user should not access by http.
    Look into your security plugin for settings that ‘protect’ files.

    I use Wordfence Security for my worldpress website, de you think wordfence can create this kind of bug ?

    This problem is for all the members of my website

    Do the following:

    – Update to 6.7.04

    – If there are only a few: Press the Remake files button on the Photo ALbums -> Edit -> Manage Photos – Edit photo information screen for the erroneous photos.

    – If there are many: Tick the box in Table VIII-A0.1: Ignore concurrency and run Table VIII-A11: Remake by pressing the Start! button, and wait for completion.

    If you want to see the actions made, tick the box in Table IX-A9.4: Log File events before you remake anything. After the remake has taken place, inspect the wppa logfile in Table VIII-C1
