Problem with the request a quote button

  • Hello!

    I have problems with the request a quote button (plugin). The button works with clients that are located in Spain or Mexico, but it does not work with clients for example from the United States. When they fill out the form and give it to -send- it keeps loading and never sends the information. Instead with Spanish people the process is completed correctly and the message reaches my email. How can i fix this?

    Hello,
    it seems that the request fails, maybe there’s some conflict with some plugins or with the theme.

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
