Problem with the plugin after server change

Hello,
today i moved my website to the local server Xampp. Now i get this fault when i open my website:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘session_data’ in C:\xampp\htdocs\immvestwolf\wp-content\plugins\facebook-publish\init.php on line 30
Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in C:\xampp\htdocs\immvestwolf\wp-content\plugins\facebook-publish\init.php on line 30
Anybody an idea how can i fix this??
