Problem with the planification of promotions

    Hi,

    The planification of promotions doesn’t work.
    If I choose a promo price and plan a date for this promotion, the price will be “crossed out” on the website on the promotion date but it will not show the promo price but the regular price.
    For example, if the regular price is 80€ and the promotion price is 75€, 80€ will be crossed out on the date of the promotion but the “not crossed out” price will also be 80€ instead of 75€.

    Could you please correct this in the next version of WooCommerce?

    Hi there,

    I’ve just tested this with a scheduled sale price on a product, but I’m not seeing the same behavior — the sale price shows as “not crossed out”, with the regular price crossed out:

    This type of price display problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin on the site.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check to see if the prices display correctly

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
