Problem with the key

  • Hello,

    I’ve just bought SP Client Document Maanger and installed the plugin.
    But when I go on my website on the plugin page, I have this message :

    “License Error
    Your key is not valid, please enter a valid key for SP Client Document Manager Premium. Error code: inactive

    Please enter your license key, if you do not know your license key please login here or purchase a new license.”

    Yet, I put the good licence key. It seems mine is not recognized.

    Could you help me ?

    Finally, it seems to work. The error message has disappeared when I reactivate the plugin.
