Problem with the image links in the Product catalogue XML feed

    Hi,

    There is a problem with the image links in the Product catalogue XML feed.
    The additional image links work correctly but the image link gives this in the feed:
    <g:image_link>
    data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
    </g:image_link>

    I don’t know what the problem is because it worked before.

    How can I have the “normal” image link again?
    I did not change anything into the configuration of the feed.

    Hi,

    do you have any optimization plugin active on your website?
    Some of these make some optimization to the images most probably, so it reflects also in the feed.

    Let me know, in order to find a solution on this.

    Hi,

    Yes you are right, it was because of the “Siteground Optimizer” plugin.
    I disactivated it and now the feed is ok again.

    Yeah, glad to hear you solved!

    Anyway, I put in the backlog to try to add the compatibility to that plugin. I hope to release it soon ??

    I’ll mark this as resolved for now.
