Problem with the German mutated vowels "??ü"

Hey,
I included the Plugin in a sidebar widget via text. Everything looks good but the German “??ü” (umlaut) are displayed wrong. I checked the encryption in wordpress but it is set on UTF8.
Can you help me, please?
