Problem with the gallery

Hi, I had this problem today, I disabled the plugin and it works again, so is something about it or recent update.
I use to add new images to this gallery weekly and never had this problem, when I add the image I can not add any text in the title (where I put the external link). Is not reacting when put the cursor over the text zone. After disabling Gutenberg I could add the tittle and all the options to link. But don’t see the point of having the plugin disabled.
I use chrome but I tried with Safari and didn’t work either.
