    I think it’s obvious Bluehost is changing the header field because it’s “box#.bluehost.com”.

    That said, there are some ways you can fix it from your side. See Best Practice to Set Up Mail.

    I am also having a problem with the [your-name] field. The form works and everything registers properly in my inbox except the [your-name] field does not display the senders name; it only shows [your-name] and the senders email address

    Any suggestions?

    Posting in an existing topic and taking over the original posters question is generally considered inappropriate.

    Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different

    I want to give you an update on my problem.

    I added Reply to [your-email] in the additional header section, sometimes it works and sometimes not. Also, after I did this, the emails I receive say this:

    Reply to: [email protected]
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

    Not sure what this means…

    @mairag, the header is “Reply-to” not “Reply to”.

    Thanks, I removed it because it was causing problems with [your-files], will try again.
