Problem with the Events Calendar

  • Hello!

    I’ve installed the Events Calendar widget but can’t seem to get it working right. I hope somebody can help!

    In the calendar view (on the sidebar) the date overlaps the title of the calendar (https://www.greatgamefood.com/blog). I also am unable to go from month to month, is this the way it’s supposed to work?

    I tried to change to list view as the client’s not particular however when viewing it this way the events aren’t clickable!

    So I’m stuck either way.

    Any insights would be MOST appreciated!

  • It seems to be more of a problem with your theme than with the plug-in.

    If you look at your header image, it looks as though you’ve scrunched the size down so there isn’t enough space for normal distance between objects.

    This is speculation, of course, but I would start there.

    I have a problem after upgrading to 2.6, using several themes repeating same problem. when I click on a calendar event the popup works just fine, however when clicked I get a 404 error. does this have to do with permalink issues?
