I have a problem. I have a select field with four options. If you select one option or another, different selection fields will appear.

The problem is that when I select an option in the first selection field and then in the second another option and return to the first field to select another option (because, for example, I have made a mistake), in the email I receive I get the information the first time and the second time, that is, the content is not deleted first.
