problem with the customize page

  • I have a problem with the customize page
    it shows menus and can not edit the footer at all
    do you have an issue with this version right now?

    Can you please confirm if previously, the footer could be customized from the Customizer?

    While the recent update brings no changes to the footer files.

    We cannot confirm or respond to what could be causing the issue unless we take a look at the console log or website while making the changes.
