    Good morning,

    I have a problem with Woocommerce and would like to know if this plugin or its pro version could give me the solution.

    The question is: I want to apply a 20% discount on the purchase, also in this store once you exceed 40€ the shipping is free, but if a user exceeds 40€ and uses the discount, so the final price is less than 40€, you lose the free shipping.

    I would like to know if there is any possibility of solving this problem, that is to say, that in a purchase over 40€ in which the programmed discount is applied, the free shipping is not lost even if the final value of the purchase is under 40€.

    That is to say, that the free shipping only takes into account the value of the purchase BEFORE applying the discount.

    Unfortunately, if the discount is applied directly to a product it is not possible to do it.

    I have an idea ?? Could you tell me, how do you apply the discount for orders?

    Are you using Woocommerce coupons or a plugin for managing discounts?

    If it is the discount by a coupon we have this option in the pro version, you can ask about it here: https://flexibleshipping.com/support/ because this support forum is only for the free version.

    Thanks for your answers, I tried to ask at https://flexibleshipping.com/support/ but it won’t let me do it unless I’m subscribed, and I can’t find where I can register on the website no matter how hard I look.
