Problem with the arrow on the main page and the size of the title on subpages.

Hello. I have a problem with my site where the Mesmerize theme is installed.
1. On the home page, the arrow does not move up even though I set it higher on the Personalization Page. You can see that it moves only on the Personalization page, but when I enter it normally it is not moved (I deleted cookies)
2. On subpages (for example: /portfolio-1/) I change the title to e.g. 3% top, down 4%. It does not change and on the website it is still default: up 8% and down 8%.
Please help.
