Problem with text editor

  • Hi guys!

    New to this site, so thanks for the help in advance.

    Recently, something has happened with my site, and I don’t know what, but I am unable to edit or write content in the usual WordPress fashion.

    When I go to produce a post or create a new page, this is what I see:

    When what I SHOULD be able to see, and normally can see was this:

    There have been no major changes that would have caused this outside of me installing a new SSL certificate. My hosting (godaddy) sent me this way.

    I have experimented with removing plugins and figuring this out, and there is a plugin that when I deactivate, will allow me to return to be able to write posts, BUT upon deactivation, seriously messes up my site (a fair few features of my site rely on it).

    This plugin is:
    Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder

    I want to know how to return to be able to write posts WITHOUT having to remove or deactivate that plugin since it was working perfectly a week ago.

    Please help!

    P.s.

    The gutenburg plug in does not work for me unless I have deactivated that plugin, so it’s interesting to see how much it is affecting text editing.

    this seems to be a problem caused by that plugin (Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder). This forum is not the place to get help with that. As you have paid for the plugin, please ask the author of the plugin to help you with your problems. Also check if you have the most current version installed.
