Problem with tax for shipping

Hi.

I am using WooCommerce with WPML, Swedish as default language & English as secondary.
For Swedish customers I am using Klarna as payment gateway and for all others I am using PayPal.
I recently noticed an error for the shipping cost when customers use Paypal and shopping from secondary language. See this test order I made and how it looks in the Adminpanel https://i.imgur.com/5utw3St.jpg
Everything is correct in cart and in checkout page. Everything is correct on PayPal. Everything is even correct in the order review page. BUT the problem is in the adminpanel order page. As you can see for some reason the tax for the shipping disappears. It is for some reason accounted for in the total tax though. But if I change the order status and save, the total is re-calculated and the mssing tax for the shipping also affects the total amount. This renders faults in the invoices my store automatically sends to customers. And I can’t change(add) the tax amount as I then need to set every new order to Pending Payment (even though it is payed for) to be able to make changes to this field.

And yes, I have “Tax Status” in Flexible shipping settings set to “Taxable”.

Would really appreciate if you can fix this as this hurts the flow of handling the orders and also sends extra emails to customers when I need to change the order statuses back and forward to correct this…
