Problem with Table Rate Shipping

  • I have a table rate shipping plugin which was working well a few days ago. Then I integrated W3 Total cache and Cloudfare CDN. All of a sudden, I find that no shipping method is being applied to ANY Product. The default woocomemrce shipping method works well though. Can anyone tell me where the problem may lie.

    Thnk u very much, I fixed it by deactivating and reactivating the plugin TWICE. I dont know what caused this at the very first place and how deactivating fixed it.
    I use Table Rate shipping provided by Print Aura Plugin.
